There are too many injuries across padel and pickleball because people aren’t preparing their bodies. Training specifically designed for these sports will reduce injury risk. 

You can’t train like a bodybuilder and expect to perform at a high level. To perform at high level you are gonna need optimal strength, stability, mobility and power. If you can’t play and practice - you can’t get better.
